What we collect
For a purchase we store your email address, optional name, order details and delivery/download records needed to fulfill and support your order. We never see or store your full card details — payment data is handled by the payment provider.
What we use it for
Fulfilling orders, delivering and re-delivering downloads, customer support, fraud prevention, and legal/accounting obligations.
Analytics
If enabled, privacy-minded analytics measure aggregate product-page interactions. We do not send emails, payment details, or download tokens to analytics.
Retention and your rights
Retention and deletion handling follow Indonesian PDP law and applicable privacy regulations; the final policy will document retention periods and how to request access or deletion.
